Start by peeling and deveining the shrimp, leaving the tails on if you like a little extra grip. Pat them dry so the coating sticks better, and then mix the bread crumbs and seasoning salt in one bowl and whisk the eggs in another bowl.
Dip the shrimp in the eggs letting any excess drip off and then dredge the shrimp in the breadcrumbs to coat. Continue until all the shrimp are breaded.
Once all the shrimp are breaded add the shrimp to the air fryer basket and give them a spray of the cooking oil to coat lightly.
Peheat your air fryer to 400°F and air fry the shrimp for 4 minutes. Use tongs to turn the shrimp over and give them another spray. Cook for the remaining 4 minutes or until the shrimp are curled and appear pink.
While the shrimp are cooking, add all of the ingredients for the Bang Bang Sauce into a small bowl and mix to combine.
Once the shrimp are cooked, add both the shrimp and sauce to a large bowl and toss to coat before serving hot.
Notes
Storage:Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer. The shrimp likey will have absorbed the sauce so you can make a smaller batch of the sauce and retoss or dip if you wish.Notes:Regular mayonnaise is recommended.Adjust the heat by increasing or decreasing the sriracha sauce.
