1. Wash and cut strawberries and rhubarb. In a large non-stick pan over medium heat add the strawberries, rhubarb and honey. Mix until honey is melted and fruit is coated.

2. Add in the grapefruit juice and oats and let simmer until the liquid is absorbed. About 2 minutes.

3. Let the fruit mixture cool. Add a quarter of the fruit mixture to the bottom of each container. Top with a 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Seal and store in the fridge overnight and eat within 4 days.
