1. In a large bowl combine garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey and soy sauce.

Prep the Marinade

2. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over. Massage the marinade into the chicken.  Let sit refrigerated for at least 15 minutes.
