These Protein Powder Pancakes are fluffy just like regular pancakes and jazzed up with some natural peanut butter. A gluten-free protein-packed breakfast that won’t feel like you are sacrificing a thing!

– unsweetened almond milk – egg whites – vanilla pea protein powder – almond flour – natural peanut butter – baking powder – butter

1. In a large bowl whisk egg whites and peanut butter together.


2. Add protein powder, almond flour, baking powder ,and almond milk. Whisk well to combine and until the mixture is free of lumps.


3. Preheat a large non-stick skillet to medium heat and one tsp of butter to coat the pan. Add a 1/2 cup of pancake mix and spread into a circle. Cook until golden brown on the bottom and then carefully flip. Continue to cook until the other side is golden brown and the pancakes are cooked through.


4. Remove from pan and serve immediately or let cool.
