1 ½cupsCanned Garbanzo Beans or Chickpeasdrained and rinsed well
¼cup smooth almond butter
¼cup maple syrup
2tspground cinnamon
1 tspvanilla
¼tspsea salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blend on high for about 60 seconds. Scraping down the sides if needed. Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Serve with apple slices, pretzels or cookies.
Notes
Almond butter can be replaced with any nut butter.If following the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan one serving would be considered:1/2 yellow, 1 tspI would not consider this a blue container like typical hummus because this hummus is not made with olive oil.
