Wash the outside of the squash well and then slice the ends off. Cut the squash in half top to bottom and then slice into 1 1/2" - 2" slices across.
Toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper and place on the air fryer pan. Air Fry for 15 minutes or until fork tender. Serve warm.

Preparing in an OvenPrepare the delicata squash the same way but turn the squash over half way thru cooking to ensure both sides cook well. Depending on the oven you may require a few more minutes of cooking time. Roasting on convection is an other great option and then no flipping is necessary.
