Raspberry Keto Popsicles are about to cool down that summer heat. With just four easy ingredients needed, you’ll have delicious popsicles to share with your friends - or keep all to yourself!
Beat the Greek yogurt with a whisk until creamy. Then add vanilla extract and whisk to combine.
Add the powdered sugar Swerve and whisk until smooth and well blended.
Fold in the raspberries until evenly distributed trying not to break up the raspberries.
Arrange your silicone popsicle molds on a flat surface like a plastic or wooden board. Then fill the molds to the top and spread them evenly on a flat surface.
Place the popsicles in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours or until completely hardened. Overnight is best.
Notes
Store in the popsicle molds for up to 3 weeks in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy!Make this non-keto by adding powdered sugar instead of powdered Swerve.
