An overnight oatmeal recipe playing homage to the classic oatmeal raisin cookie. Rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup and raisins with some skyr or Greek yogurt. The perfect cookie lover breakfast!
In a small resealable glass jar all ingredients, stir until well combined and seal. Put in the fridge overnight and serve cold or warmed up in the morning. Add more raisins to the top if desired.
Notes
Any plain Greek yogurt can be used to substitute Skyr.
