Caramel Apples Slices bring are the perfect treat for anyone who loves candy apples but likes less of the apple and more of the candy that comes with it. Each slice is the perfect bite of caramel, chocolate and your favourite toppings!

Slice the green apples into 1/2" inch slices avoiding the core.
Dry the apple slices using paper towels to soak up as much moisture as possible.
Add the caramels and the milk to a small pot and melt over medium-low heat mixing until smooth.
Place the apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each apple slice with the melted caramel and then place the caramel topped apples in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up the caramel.
In separate microwave-safe bowls melt the chocolate in the microwave using a low or melt setting. Do not over heat or you will burn the chocolate. Stir the warmed chocolate until smooth. If the chocolate is too thick to drizzle add in a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil at a time if needed to loosen up the chocolate enough to drizzle.
Drizzle the chocolate over the caramel topped apple slices and then top with your favourite toppings. Place the baking sheet with the apples back in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden up the chocolate. Serve immediately.
