– honey – natural smooth peanut butter – vanilla – Rice Krispies – semi sweet chocolate chips – skinless salted peanuts or unsalted and add a  – salt to honey/peanut butter mix

1. In a large pot heat honey and peanut butter on low heat until they are melted and blended together. Remove from heat and let cool.


2. Mix in vanilla and salt (only if using unsalted peanuts).


3. Add Rice Krispies, chocolate chips and peanuts and mix well.


4. Spoon the mixture into an 8"X8" dish lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture into the corners and level it to smooth out the top.


5. Cool in the fridge for about an hour to firm it up. Once completely cooled and set you can remove the peanut butter crisps from pan and cut into squares.
