A healthy Gluten Free Apple Crumble that tastes anything but healthy!  Sweet apples with a crunchy gluten-free oat and almond flour topping. There is no better dessert in the fall or winter to enjoy than a warm apple crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt.  Delish!

Key Ingredient

Honey Crisp or Granny Smith Apples

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Preheat the Oven

2. Peel, core and thinly slice 5-6 honey crisp or granny smith apples. Place in a large bowl.

Prep the Apples

3. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup honey, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1 tbsp cornstarch to a large bowl with apples and mix until apples are evenly coated. Then pour the apple mixture into the 8" X 8" pan.
