A light and creamy baked frittata with spinach, feta cheese and dill. Perfect for breakfast or lunch and it reheats well for the next day as well. A great meal prep recipe!

key ingredient:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F

Preheat the Oven

2. In a medium mixing bowl add 6 eggs, dill, salt and pepper.

Add to A Bowl

3. In small bowl add melted butter, milk and flour and mix well until all the lumps are out.  Alternatively, instead of this butter and milk mixture you can substitute a 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
