– shredded carrots – romaine lettuce shredded  – purple cabbage shredded very thin – green onions chopped – red bell pepper sliced – fresh cilantro – canned mandarin oranges – well drained drained – Chicken breasts – roasted peanuts chopped (optional) – vegetable oil – balsamic vinegar – soy sauce – sesame oil – Hot chili pepper flakes – raw honey – sea salt & pepper – toasted sesame seeds

1. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in the oven or in a frying pan on low.


2. Add chopped and sliced veggies to a large bowl.


3.  Add well drained mandarin oranges and roasted peanuts (optional).


4. Shred chicken with a fork or cut thin with a knife and add to salad just before ready to eat.


5. Toss salad to mix


1. Add liquid ingredients to small bowl or dressing bottle and mix well then add toasted sesame seeds and chili flakes (optional).

2.  Add Dressing to salad just before you are about to serve and mix well
