Key Ingredient

1. Preheat air-fryer or convection oven to 400 F


2. Wash and dry a medium head of cauliflower. Cut cauliflower crown bit-size pieces removing any stems.

Prep the Cauliflower

3. Beat 3 eggs in a small bowl. Place 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Dip cauliflower in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Ensure they aren't crowded. Air-fry or bake for 15 mins, flipping halfway in a convection oven.
