▢ 2 lbs lean ground turkey ▢ 1 1/2 cups diced zucchini about 2 large or 3 small zucchinis ▢ 1 large onion finely chopped ▢ 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder ▢ 2 tsp salt ▢ 1 tbsp crushed chili flakes ▢ 3 cloves minced garlic ▢ 1 1/2 tbsp cumin ▢ 1 tsp sugar ▢ 28 oz crushed tomatoes or 1 large can ▢ 2 cups White kidney or tri-blend canned beans drained and rinsed well

1. Heat large pot or stockpot to medium-high heat.  Add ground turkey and onions and cook until turkey is browned.  Use a wooden spoonbreak meat into small pieces.

2. Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, sugar and chili flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.  Mixing occasionally.

3.  Stir in diced zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes or until softened slightly.  About 5 minutes

4.  Add crushed tomatoes and beans and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve.
