This simple Air Fryer Acorn Squash recipe drizzled with maple syrup is the perfect fall and winter side dish to go with chicken, turkey or beef. Takes only a few minutes to prepare and under 20 minutes to cook!

Acorn Squash

Key Ingredient

1. Preheat the air-fryer to 400°F.

2. Slice the acorns squash down the centre from the stem to the pointy bottom. Use the edge of a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Place the squash half sliced-side down and cut into 2" slices width-wise. Place the sliced acorn squash in the air-fryer basket or tray.

3. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Use a basting brush to baste the cuts sides of the acorn squash with the cinnamon oil mixture.
