3. Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and 1 tsp of oil. Then add the crumbled sausage and cook until no longer pink. Add in the potatoes and onion, paprika, salt and pepper and the remaining oil and cook until the onions are translucent and the potatoes are cooked and a little brown and crispy. Mix only once in a while to allow the potatoes and onions to brown slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
