2. In a medium bowl add 1 lb ground turkey, 1/2 an onion finely chopped, 1 egg, 1 tsp dried sage, 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix together with hands just until well blended. Do not overmix.
